Shifting Your Colors With Lomography Film

Through the years we've given you a variety of film choices to satisfy your creative needs. There's the classic color negative film that delivers naturally vibrant colors, redscale film for honey-colored shots, turquoise film that delivers majestic blues, X-Pro-ready slide film, a wide range of black & white film that emit timelessness, and authentic cine film for... well, a cinematic look! While some of these beloved emulsions were very limited and are no longer in stock, we have two color-shifting choices available if you're in the mood to try something out of the ordinary: the LomoChrome Metropolis and LomoChrome Purple.

LomoChrome Metropolis

This film exudes a cool, subdued vibe. With its muted tones and desaturated colors, we'd say it's ideal for urban scenes, but that's a bit too limiting, eh? Use it however you like! Try to incorporate a bright red element in your shots for good contrast.

LomoChrome Purple

In contrast to the mellow Metropolis, the LomoChrome Purple packs a candy-colored punch in purple hues. You can also get gradients of pinks, greens, and blues, depending on your subject, your ISO setting, and the lighting conditions. If you love a more psychedelic effect, this film won't disappoint!
