Experimented with infrared ocean shots. The sun was to bright to get those cobalt blues I was hoping for, but I love how it captures everything on the rocks. Going to try shooting this again with Sarah earlier in the day.

Why this is my favorite lomograph? Because when I shot this I do that "Don't Think Just Shoot" Action! He was posing for somebody else then I just shot him with my LC-A+ then BOOM!

Developing Film at Home - Alternative #1: Caffenol C

Caffenol C is a very easy to use alternative technique to develop your films at home. According to my research online, this technique can be used for developing both black and white films and colored films but I have only seen the examples of black and white films. There are many different formulas for this technique but I will give you the recipe I found most useful by trying to find the right combination myself.

I went on eBay a few weeks ago to find more Agfa film, cos right now I am absolutely obsessed with them, when I found a listing for a film called Agfachrome 50L. The listing had 5 of them and the seller had warned that he didn't know what the condition of the film was as he had only gotten it from an estate sale. Still, the film already got my attention and I didn't wanna miss the opportunity of seeing what the film does so I bought it anyway. It turns out that that I made the right move because this film, which has a light but noticeable pink hue, is just amazing! Check out my latest Analogue Girl About Town article that was inspired by this film: http://www.lomography.com/magazine/lifestyle/2013/02/19/analogue-girl-about-town-something-wonderful

Lisbon Photo Opportunity #4: Fernando Pessoa's Statue

It is a tradition in Lisbon, whether city folks or foreigners, everybody wants to take a picture sitting next to the famous Portuguese poet.

every saturday there is a live band which consists of the very old dudes, amazing musicians and singers! one veteran singer had to be helped to get on stage. well, u can hardly call it a stage- they perform right in front of your nose! I had a blast there and was even helping the guys to get their drinks from a very busy bar. I even hugged the main singer afterwards.

for these doubles I have decided to use my portraits archive. All of the portraits featured here were taken by me back in 2007-2011. I over layered it with planets and graphics. I really love the results!

I took this with my olympus trip 35. Very happy with the results. Love this little camera. very comparable to the lc-a. Small, Automatic, Zone focus, 35mm. Only difference is it's cheap as chips.
